Is really not a diet at all, and that’s why we can talk about it today over on Never Say Diet.
PS. Does anyone else find it completely obnoxious that book publishers are apparently convinced they can’t possibly sell a book about emotional eating, weight issues, and so on without labeling it a “diet?” Why do they fail to see how that defeats the whole point? Gah.

My feelings exactly… until I wrote such a book and gave the title some serious thought. If dieters are drawn to diet books, and most folks with eating issues started as or continue on as dieters, maybe a book title that includes the word “diet” is a way to invite readers to pick up the book and try on a kinder, gentler, more effective way to find their healthy, sustainable weight.

Jean — thanks for weighing in. An excellent point (that including the word “diet” will help you reach the folks who need your book the most). I love your approach!
