I admit, my experience with permanent makeup has thus far be limited to a few random fans of eyebrow tattooing at Beauty U. So I’m not really so well-equipped to judge this new trend. But I am a little concerned about the idea of permanent makeup — since it implies that your face never gets to take a vacation from perfection.
